I’ve done a lot of tweaking to make this template fit both of my blogs to my liking but I'll always maintain credit for your original port in the footer! For those interested (and Klodian, if you want to make this edit to the template download), there’s one bit of code missing from this that’s needed for all the comment author boxes to display properly without any of Blogger’s comment icons showing behind the names:
Voila! Now the comments section will be *completely* set up and bug-free. If you’d like to see the changes I’ve made with this template, feel free to visit my 2 blogs where I have 2 different variations of it:
I’d be glad to help anyone out who is interested in configuring this template to be more like either of mine! Either way, thanks again for the port, Klodian! =)
hey when i try to upload your template to blogger it asks me to confirm because 'all my widgets will be removed and their configuration lost'. is there any way to save these widgets? or if i later just add the followers wisget again they will be back there? or do they all have to sign up again?
thanks again for the response... but during transition i screwed up something. can you have a look? http://www.lukaszkruk.net/
i tried reverting it to the freshly downloaded template, but everything looks garbled anyway. is it just my machine or does it really look like everthing's gone south?
thanks for your interest. right now i've got brand new template from your website uploaded and it still looks like that. i didn't change a single thing.
the image that's not showing is from original source... should i try to dl it and host somewhere else?
hey, thanks again for the help. i did everything slowly, step-by-step and it seems to be working now. some minor tweaking to do now, but your template looks great!
i ran across one more problem: how can i remove the post labels from below the post? i have them turned off in the layout section, but they still display. thanks!
Pls help Klodian, I've tried this template from btemplates.com but same problem existed. "add gadget" for layout is missing. :( is it just me or something is wrong? I didn't change anything at all. Please help. I really like this layout. Thanks.
Klodian, I use Safari. I found a work around. I have to drop the additional gadgets towards the bottom of the layout screen and they pop up in the side section, if that makes any sense...
Got a problem. I turned off "Labels" link underneath each post and it keeps on appearing. Also, the grey underline under each link is annoying, I can't find a way to remove it. Please help! Urgent!
look I like the layout but the navbar is not showing up after I deleted the code . #navbar-iframe { display: none !important; }
I had the same problem about the gadgets. I simply inserted another widget in the html code and it seemed to show up in the layout . But its a pain to have to do this everytime you want a new gadget . Do you think you can tweak this template so the navbar will show and we can add new gadgets from the layout tab? thanks
In the "Layout" page, the option to "Add Gadgets" is not there. I have the same problem as Lund. I even changed the add element on "Edit HTML" page to "yes", and the "add gadgets" button is still unavailable. Please help.
I figured it out. There are more than one "addelements" in the html page, so change all of them to 'yes". If the add gadgets button isn't activitated everywhere, just add gadgets on the available ones and then drag the new addition to wherever you want it.
Thanks for this theme; it is perfect. I put in my own header w/very little problems.
Klodian do you not understand there is no way to add gadgets from layout, it's missing, not there, invisible! I love this layout but if I cannot add things to my sidebar from the layout it's pointless. So if you would kindly either fix the template or please please someone tell me how to do this because for the life of me I have tried everything!

If you like to change banner images, go to Layout --> edit HTML --> search for this:

and replace with link of your images, be sure that images should be 820px width.

I am also trying to add Blogger elements to the right column...
Per your comment, I have tried to search for:
#navbar-iframe {
display: none !important;
}
No luck. Also searched for:
#navbar-iframe
!important;
No luck. Any further suggestions?
@Sticki
to add widgets, just go to Layout --> add gadget.
just this/
First off, thanks for the stunning port, Klodian!
First, find this block of code:
#comments .blogger-comment-icon, .blogger-comment-icon {
-moz-background-clip:border;
-moz-background-inline-policy:continuous;
-moz-background-origin:padding;
background:#998E72 none repeat scroll 0 0;
border-color:#998E72;
border-style:solid;
border-width:2px 1px 1px;
line-height:16px;
padding:5px;
}
Now, directly beneath that last bracket, add these 2 blocks of code:
#comments .openid-comment-icon, .openid-comment-icon {
-moz-background-clip:border;
-moz-background-inline-policy:continuous;
-moz-background-origin:padding;
background:#998E72 none repeat scroll 0 0;
border-color:#998E72;
border-style:solid;
border-width:2px 1px 1px;
line-height:16px;
padding:5px;
}
#comments .anon-comment-icon, .anon-comment-icon {
-moz-background-clip:border;
-moz-background-inline-policy:continuous;
-moz-background-origin:padding;
background:#998E72 none repeat scroll 0 0;
border-color:#998E72;
border-style:solid;
border-width:2px 1px 1px;
line-height:16px;
padding:5px;
}
Voila! Now the comments section will be *completely* set up and bug-free. If you’d like to see the changes I’ve made with this template, feel free to visit my 2 blogs where I have 2 different variations of it:

@Łukasz Kruk
Yes, you can save your widgets, read this:
http://www.deluxetemplates.net/1999/04/how-to-change-blogger-template-without.html
fantastic, thanks for quick response. last (hopefully) question: i've got my feed redirected to feedburner. if i just change:
(a expr:href='data:blog.homepageUrl + "feeds/posts/default"')
to:
(a href="http://feeds2.feedburner.com/lukaszkruknet")
will it work?
i've never seen expr:href thingy...
yes should work, anyway if you go to settings --> feeds --> there is place where u paste feedburner link.
thanks again for the response... but during transition i screwed up something. can you have a look? http://www.lukaszkruk.net/
i tried reverting it to the freshly downloaded template, but everything looks garbled anyway. is it just my machine or does it really look like everthing's gone south?
its imposible to find what you did, but I recommend to read and this
http://www.deluxetemplates.net/1999/02/why-i-cant-see-templates-images.html

thanks for your interest. right now i've got brand new template from your website uploaded and it still looks like that. i didn't change a single thing.
the image that's not showing is from original source... should i try to dl it and host somewhere else?
YES of course

Yip same thing for me... can't add a gadget the normal way... any work around!?
hi! thanks for this template... one question: how i can chance the image (with earth)?
@Maxy
read my comment above.
@Rob M @SHING
what browser are u using?
Klodian, I use Safari. I found a work around. I have to drop the additional gadgets towards the bottom of the layout screen and they pop up in the side section, if that makes any sense...

@Moderator
you are using steel copy of my template... why u removed footer credits?
look I like the layout but the navbar is not showing up after I deleted the code .
#navbar-iframe {

http://2bakerhouse.blogspot.com/
I found some information about how to add the 'add gadget' tab in the layout . It's that easy !
5. Look for the following three lines of HTML. If this HTML exists, change showaddelement='no' to showaddelement='yes'
I don't get it. How can we add gadgets?
@lund
simple, like you do now
How do you add gadgets when there is no add gadgets function?
@Lund Interiors
I added from page layout, dont know what you mean...
In the "Layout" page, the option to "Add Gadgets" is not there. I have the same problem as Lund. I even changed the add element on "Edit HTML" page to "yes", and the "add gadgets" button is still unavailable. Please help.
