First I remember, don't remove author links in template footer.

Excuse me . Links were added . But Image?

I change the tag menu "solution" to "About" but when I click "about" the button does not change like the "home" menu, how to change it?

About the change of the green button, the template is not made to maintain the active button in green, it needs to be remade to do it. It's PHP work ;-)

I am new to blogging and using this template to start my business blog/webpage/landing page.
Loaded up on blogger.com (google)but not publish yet (I think).
The sidebar went missing ... I wanted to utilise the sidebar as a MENU for links and information and not for advertisment.

Hmm ... got the pages setup but on the intial view of the blog, the pages were find, everyone of them in the correct 'tab' or 'link' but after clicking on one of the then I return to the 'Home'tab, all of the post shows there.
I plan for the 'Home' tab to contain the Introduction page only.
Also can you sort of get rid of the "edit" icon for the sidebar?
How to change the slogan "Let Your Problems be ours"?

I know that I have to change the colour of the fonts or the colour of the background ... not sure yet ... lol ...

checked your blog, only thing you can changes is this:
write here about you and your blog
Go to edit HTML --> search [CTRL+F] this:write here about you and your blog --> replace with your text.
