how do I change the names of the tabs "home" "about us" etc.
then how do I use them? How do I get posts to go in the right catagory

you can't change names, but can make those active.

I read above that the tab names cannot be changed as they are images, is there a way to change the image through the html if a new image is made?
Such a shame that they made them images rather than words that can me changed : (
